Terms and Conditions: "WIN for your Business a training session with the Stars"
- Conditions of Entry: The “Entry Details” and all information provided regarding entry into the Competition form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Conditions.
- Promoter Details: The promoters of the Competition are Extensive IT Solutions (ABN 63 150 079 262), located at Tower 1, Triniti Business Park, Level 4, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113. For inquiries, email info@sharpeit.com.au.
- Eligibility: Entry is open to Australian residents who are business owners or decision-makers aged 18 years or older.
- Entry Period: The entry form must be submitted between 8:00 AM AEDT on 16 January 2025 and 11:59 PM AEDT on 26 January 2025.
- Invalid Entries: Entries that are late, lost, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or incomprehensible will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for trade disruptions or human error.
- How to Enter: During the promotion period, access the Competition entry form, complete all required fields, and submit the form. Correctly submitted entries will be included in the random draw.
- Game of Chance: This is a game of chance. A random draw will determine the winner on 28 January 2025 at 10:00 AM AEDT.
- Eligibility Requirements: Only entries received during the Promotion Period and in accordance with these Conditions of Entry will be eligible. Late entries will be automatically disqualified.
- Entry Limitations: Only one entry per person is permitted. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, associated companies, consultants, suppliers, and agencies are not eligible to enter.
- Prize Draw: One winner will be selected at the end of the Promotion Period.
- Prize Notification: The winner will be notified via email using the address provided in their entry form.
- Unclaimed Prize Draw: If the Prize is not claimed within five business days of the draw, an unclaimed Prize draw will take place on 3 February 2025 at Tower 1, Triniti Business Park, Level 4, 39 Delhi Road, North Ryde, NSW 2113. The winner of the unclaimed Prize draw will be notified via email within one business day.
- Prize Conditions: The Prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The training session will be subject to the Melbourne Stars' terms and conditions and any applicable venue rules.
- Prize Details:
The Prize includes:
- A Training session with a Melbourne Stars Player for up to 12 people
- Held at CitiPower Centre, St Kilda, VIC
- Tour of CitiPower Centre
- The training session will most likely be held between February and April 2025, subject to availability.
- The specific Melbourne Stars player for the training session will be subject to availability and may be substituted at the discretion of the Melbourne Stars organisation.
- The training session with the Melbourne Stars player will have a duration of 30 minutes.
- Exclusions: Travel expenses such as flights, accommodation, and local transportation, along with food, beverages, and any required equipment for the training session, are not included. The Promoter will assist the winner in coordinating the prize but bears no financial responsibility for excluded items.
- Event Documentation: The Promoter reserves the right to photograph and video the event.
- Publicity: The Promoter may publish the winner’s name on its website and social media platforms for promotional purposes. Personal information will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent has been explicitly provided by the entrant. Personal information may also be disclosed to regulatory bodies as required by law.
- Entry Validation: The Promoter reserves the right to verify entrants’ identity, age, and residency. Entries containing objectionable content or tampering with the entry process will be disqualified. If a disqualified entrant has been awarded the Prize, they must return it or reimburse its value.
- Liability: The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Competition or use of the Prize, except as required by Australian law. Liability is limited to re-supplying the Prize or paying associated costs. The Promoter will not be liable for any cancellation, rescheduling, or modification of the training session due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to player unavailability or venue restrictions.
- Personal Information: Information collected during the Competition is for identification, marketing, and promotional purposes by the Promoter. For access or corrections to personal information, email info@sharpeit.com.au.
- Competition Disruption: If the Competition cannot run as planned due to events beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition.
- Governing Law: This Competition is governed by the laws of each Australian state. Entrants submit to the jurisdiction of each state’s courts.
